Meet the Board

COVER’s Board gathers around the table once a month to provide community oversight and guidance to COVER staff.  These dedicated Board members also spend time in between our monthly meetings to work with committees of community members.

Every year some members of COVER’s wonderful Board of Directors finishes their term and new faces arrive to keep COVER going forward. There are currently 13 members on our board; you can browse and read their brief biographies below.

Dr. Beliveau is an experienced healthcare leader with 25 years in nursing practice and holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Yale University, a Master of Business Administration from Rosemont College, and a Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt certificate from the Thayer School of Engineering, Dartmouth College. Tom has represented Ward 3 of Lebanon in the New Hampshire House of Representatives since 2022. He enjoys working on roofs and ramps at COVER job sites. Ask him about the time he found himself in an elephant pen.

Dr. David Finley is the Chief of Thoracic Surgery at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.  After completing his undergraduate degree at Duke University, he received his MD from the University of Vermont Lerner College of Medicine and has been in practice for over 20 yrs. She loves volunteering and has been active with the Ladies Auxiliary of Croydon for 20 years, as well as 6 years for the Special Olympics, and 4 years for both the Newport Senior Center and the Claremont Senior Center. Gloria first reached out to COVER to weatherize her home. She immediately wanted to give back and volunteers at the COVER store when we were short staffed and joined our board in 2021.
